Marc T. Ledergerber, CFO, is to leave the company at the end of May 2010. The CFO of Edisun Power Group, Marc T. Ledergerber, will leave the Edisun Power Group at the end of May 2010. His decision was prompted by differences of opinion with regard to the company’s future.

Electricity revenues doubled – marked improvement in EBITDA margin
In the first six months of 2009, the Edisun Power Group increased its revenues from electricity sales by almost 50% year on year to more than CHF 2 million. The EBITDA margin improved from 19% to 37%.

Edisun Power France SAS creates Valosun Edisun Power SAS
Edisun Power France SAS, in conjunction with VALOSUN SAS, has created a new French company named Valosun Edisun Power SAS. The company aims to build roof-integrated photovoltaic systems and to develop projects in the French market.

Edisun Power appoints new CFO
Following a detailed evaluation, the Edisun Power Group has appointed Marc T. Ledergerber as CFO of Edisun Power Europe AG with effect from 1 August 2009. He takes over from Mirjana Blume, who was appointed CEO in mid-March.

Energy business posts profits – financial result weighs on figures
The Edisun Power Group recorded substantial growth in revenues during the 2008 financial year. Revenues from electricity sales rose 1050% year on year, from CHF 0.3 million to CHF 3.2 million. The slump in the value of the euro resulted in a negative financial result as well as a negative overall result of minus CHF 0.9 million. Adjusted for currency effects and extraordinary costs related to the IPO, the net profit was CHF 0.1 million.

Change of leadership at Edisun Power
Robert Kröni, CEO of the Edisun Power Group, is leaving the group at the end of April to focus on a new challenge. The Board of Directors has appointed Mirjana Blume, CFO of Edisun Power Europe AG, as CEO ad interim for the solar contractor, which operates plants throughout Europe.

Edisun Power builds facilities in Spain with 800 kW capacity
The Edisun Power Group has signed a basic agreement for roof-integrated and roof-mounted solar power facilities with a total capacity of 800 kW. "The facilities are to be installed on the roofs of industrial buildings in the vicinity of Seville," explains Robert Kröni, CEO of Edisun Power Europe.
